After more than twenty-four hours of pause, the second race of the F2 race was launched in the narrow streets of Monte Carla, the start of which was again very interesting. After extinguishing the red lights, the engines of Nyck de Vries and Tadasuka Makina were extinguished, and Luca Ghiotto was thrust from behind. Nicholas Latifi from DAMS and Jack Aitken from the ART Grand Prix, who had a motor problem and the race for him after the opening lap, ended up in trouble too. As a result of all these problems, the race was momentarily neutralized by virtual security care. Meanwhile, Tadasuke Makino, who had a damaged car, resigned from the race.

When the safety car went into the boxing, the race went into a quiet phase, during which we saw a very daring overtaking maneuver in Arjuna Maini’s Artem Markelov. So the Russian got to fourth. His spirited ride, however, continued with the attack on Louis Delétraz from the Czech team Charouz Racing System. But Switzerland cheered happily. George Russell missed the exit of the pool and crashed. So the race was again neutralized by virtual security care, and Markelov had to give it a moment. Soon, the race started again and the Swiss-Russian duel continued.
